Got some recommendations from last weekend’s threshold tests. As LT1 is on the lower side it was suggested I concentrate on base building again so running with a hr of 139 bpm or less. Anyway threshold running today, 10 minutes warm up then 30 minutes threshold, I tried to guess what pace to run off a previous 5k I did recently, which worked out at 5:24 min/km average hr 181 bpm.
