  11. today was a day of two half’s. Had planned to run a 5k for my last of the year so went out all guns blazing this morning only for the great head of Lord Turtle to appear about 3k in 💩💩 and so began the walk of shame 😁

  19. Another Christmas Eve jog round the block. 6.5 km/4 miles with 5 minutes warm up and cool down. Not the best run I’ve had tbh couldn’t keep hr in the right zone without a lot of jeffing done but as usual glad I got out there.   22. After last week’s lactic threshold and vo2 max tests I’ve been recommended to run more in my revised zone 2(150-165 bpm) to build endurance and fatigue resistance to help in any future races.   23. Went out for my first run since having the lactate threshold test, decided to push a little bit more than usual on my easy runs.
