  23. Just ran a tempo run on an undulating route and had to slow to a walk a few times to keep to the designated hr zone but it did rise above a few beats.   24. Hey #runningcommunity got a question if you don’t mind, just ran a treadmill tempo session. Set pace to desired speed for the 30 minutes. My max hr for zone 3 is 170 bpm but by the end it rose to 178 bpm, average 168, should I have slowed to keep hr constant or used average hr as guide #running #temporunning #runnersofmastodon
