    8km then 15 min break then another 8km

    Today felt hard, last 2 km were really hard on me IDK why...

    Also I had after then for like 20 minutes after 120-126bpm heart rate and I felt a bit dizzy.

    I'm dying, right?

    Anyway, I feel tired! Imma make some paella in the rice cooker and then imma sleep

  25. I just finished my weekly 10 km #run, it was from 4 am onwards, and it was hell. You can feel still feel the intense heat that got trapped in all the pavements and buildings. Second week. I must find a new route. I guess back to the bay side, it's just farther than usual. Like in the next town.
