  2. Monday-running-club-day. Today is remembrance day for those who paid the highest price defending our freedom. So during the training at 8.00 pm we took a 2 minute break in silence. After that the interval training was three times 3x2 minutes at 90-95% hfmax with 1 minute jog in between 🥵.
