AMTRAK USA RAIL PASS

I'm taking a few train trips in December. I'll be on the Empire Builder, the Capitol Builder & the Pennsylvanian. I'll have a coach seat. Been watching YouTube videos on these train segments. Some of mine are several days long. Any advice on dining, grooming, sleeping, observing, exercising, coping would be appreciated.
