Tempo zone run today with the idea to stay in zone 3 as much as possible but decided to let it drift a little while climbing some inclines. Trying out Joe Friel’s method of setting heart rate zones which gives a wider range for zone 1 recovery so I can have a better chance of not needing to walk as much when going uphill.
