It's crazy to me how big the difference in effect is depending on my cycle:
- Early (low): Stims do little/nothing
- Mid: Good effect, low-side effect
- Late (high): A coffee is now equivalent to a capsule of Elvanse, side-effects scale even faster than effects.

A consensus research definition for profound autism: "adaptive functioning well below age level, requiring adult supervision to ensure physical and mental health, safety and well-being, being at least 8 years old, diagnosed with ASD, and having severely impaired cognitive abilities (reflected by IQ score below 50) and/or not verbally communicating other than single words or fixed phrases used predominantly to have their basic needs met."

Really interesting study.
Years ago, when I was interviewing Mona Delahooke, she told me that she thought that autism was, at its core, a sensorimotor disability. This study corroborates that insight.

This will probably take me a few months to nut out. I think i have the parts already to make a new instance from scratch. Im thinking ill set aside a space and introduce new features each video. These will be introductory though, anything indepth will require engaging with the actual open home foundation community.

Would it be an interest to anyone if I started a youtube channel around creating sensory safe spaces for autistic people using free opensource software?
I have spent a decade with home assisant building automations and scenes to suite my sensory needs. Wonder if anyone else would benefit.

There is talk of stepping back from the broad "autism Spectrum Disorder" as a diagnosis, and going back to using specific sub-categories, however, not the old ones. The new groupings would be based not just on behavior, but also on genetics, and age of diagnosis. The new categorization might help people find better/more-effective support
