Sooo... after less than a year of having #AI providing the #News summaries and reporting on their online websites. they've started #layoffs in local #TVStations .

They won't give specific numbers on #employees that are affected, but do give some indication of what positions they are killing off... namely, #producers and #directors - meaning they're slicing into the news department to chop critical roles in production personnel.

Will they try to replace them with AI, too?
