Die Zahl der rechtsextremen Straftaten steigt in NRW an.
Mit 6.268 Delikten 2025 haben im vergangenen Jahr rechtsextrem motivierte Straftaten um 11 Prozent über 2024 gelegen und einen neuen Höchststand erreicht. Diese Entwicklung ist besorgniserregend. Im Schnitt werden in NRW täglich 17 rechtsextreme Straftaten verübt. Viele Menschen werden alltäglich mit diskriminierenden und menschenverachtenden Äußerungen und Angriffen konfrontiert. Die Grünen im Landtag NRW, Dorothea Deppermann und Dr. Julia Höller fordern deshalb die Zivilgesellschaft auf, “menschenverachtendem Gedankengut entschieden zu widersprechen.” Das allein reicht nicht aus.
Seit Donald Trumps zweiter Amtszeit haben die asozialen Netzwerke von Google über X, und Facebook, Instagram und TikTok, YouTube, Meta etc. ihre Gewalt- und Extremismusfilter – Menschen – zu tausenden entlassen und betreiben Alibi-Stellen, die gar nicht in der Lage sind, strafbare Inhalte zu entdecken, geschweige dessen zu entfernen. Dies deckte gestern das ZDF in einem ausführlichen Bericht auf. Wie katastrophal die Tätigkeit dieser “freiwilligen” Selbstkontrolle ausfällt, machen Zahlen deutlich. So berichtete im Interview Holger Münch, Präsident des Bundeskriminalamtes, dass man auf den Plattformen jährlich etwa 30.000 Anzeigen wegen strafbarer Inhalte verfolge. Das sind die Ergebnisse der schlecht ausgestatteten und personell überforderten staatlichen Verfolger. Die Zahl der von den Plattformen selbst gemeldeten Fälle lag im gleichen Zeitraum bei lächerlichen zweihundert.
Gewalt, Nazismus, Mord, Sex, Crime und Pornos im Netz
Darüber hinaus wurde durch Argumente gestützt, dass die Mehrzahl der Kinder zwischen sieben und dreizehn Jahren, die über ein Smartphone verfügen, mindestens einmal, überwiegend aber wiederholt mit strafbaren Inhalten auf asozialen Netzwerken in Kontakt kommen. Angeblich vorhandener Jugendschutz funktioniert nicht und auch das Handyverbot – in Australien seit Jahresbeginn in Kraft – wird im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes kinderleicht umgangen. Abgesehen davon, dass es sich dabei um eine Einschränkung von Grundrechten, wie der Informationsfreiheit von Kindern und Jugendlichen handelt, wird auf diesem Weg die Verantwortung, die eigentlich bei den Providern liegt, die fette Gewinne einstreichen, von den Staaten, die jetzt auch in Europa eine Altersgrenze einführen wollen, zulasten der Opfer der Tech-Konzerne abgeschoben. Kinder und Jugendiche diesen Straftaten auszusetzen, hat auch nichts mit “Meinungsfreiheit” oder “Freedom of Speech” zu tun. Auch wenn Tech-Faschisten und gewissenlose Trump-Anhänger das glauben machen wollen.
Algorithmus als Suchtfaktor
Schön anschaulich auch Anke Engelke als “Algorithmus”, der all dies nach oben spült, weil es Profite steigert und der keinerlei Skrupel hat, Menschen süchtig zu machen. Und damit Fake News und Realitätsverfälschungen unter die Menschheit zu bringen. Der Film ist einer von unzähligen Beiträgen, die deutlich machen, dass die Regulierung der US-Plattformen überfällig und rechtlich geboten ist. Es kann nicht sein, dass das, was gedruckt in einer Zeitung, die verkauft wird, strafbar ist auf einer Plattform, die die Profite durch Klicks und Werbung kassiert, zum verantwortungslosen Geisterphänomen wird, für das angeblich niemend zur Verantwortung gezogen werden kann. In der Realwelt würde dies niemend akzeptieren, aber EU-Kommission, Bundesregierung und die Bundesländer kapitulieren fortgesetzt vor den Straftaten, die Zuckerberg, Musk u.a. weltweit zu verantworten haben. Noch schlimmer: die rot-schwarze Regierung hat den Datenschutz, eine der wichtigsten Bastionen der Menschenrechte im Internet, zur “unnötigen Bürokratie” erklärt und möchte die Landesbeauftragten für den Datenschutz, die für den Datenschutz in der Privatwirtschaft zuständig sind, praktisch abschaffen.
Den Bock zum Gärtner gemacht
Die Merz/Reiche-Bundesregierung betreibt derzeit in der EU-Kommission durch die sogenannte “Omnibus-Gesetzgebung” die Aushöhlung der wichtigsten Schutznormen von Menschenrechten im Internet: die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung, den Digital Markets Act, den AI-Act und weiterer Schutznormen für Grundrechte. Dabei arbeitet die Europäische Volkspartei unter CSU-Fraktionschef Manfred Weber immer wieder partiell mit den Rechtsextremisten im EP zusammen, zumindest zieht er im Hintergrund die Strippen. Deshalb muss die Bundesregierung in der Frage der Regulierung von Plattformen endlich in der EU vorangehen, den bisherigen Appeasement- Kurs gegenüber den asozialen Netzwerken der USA und Chinas endlich aufgeben und gegenüber den USA klare Kante zeigen. Das heisst Regulierung, das bedeutet Digitalsteuer und das bedeutet in der letzten Konsequenz Strafen und Sanktionen gegen asoziale Netzwerke, schlimmstenfalls auch die Bereitschaft, ihnen den Zugang zum Netz in Europa zu verwehren. Denn es geht um nicht mehr und nicht weniger, als um die Demokratie und unser aller Grundrechte!
Die Samthandschuhe ausziehen gegenüber Rechtsextremisten!
Es geht aber noch um eine ganz andere Ebene, das Schließen von Handlungsräumen der Rechtsextremisten zur Verbreitung ihrer Propaganda. Wie kann es sein, dass nach wie vor Neonazis wie der III.Weg, die “Heimat” die Afd-Jugend und viele andere Veranstaltungen wie Rechtsrock-Konzerte vor allem in “Privatverwaltungen” legal durchführen können? Dass Volksverhetzung, begangen auf privaten Feiern und Veranstaltungen, nicht verfolgt wird, ist ein Skandal. Eine Ursache ist die Tatsache, dass diese Veranstaltungen noch immer unter den Schutz des Grundrechts auf Versammlungsfreiheit fallen, obwohl dort systematisch Straftaten begangen werden. Nach wie vor wird dieses Problem nicht angegangen, obwohl sich seit den zitierten Berichten die Lage verschärft hat. Genau wie bei der Regulierung der asozialen Netzwerke und ihrer Algorithmen zögert die Politik aller demokratischen Parteien, diesem Spuk endlich ein Ende zu machen. Auf was und wen und welches Ereignis wartet die demokratische Gemeinschaft eigentlich? Hieß das nicht 1933 “Machtergreifung”? 2033 ist nicht mehr lang hin! Aber vielleicht sehen wir auch hilflos zu, wie des die AfD auch schon 2029 schafft, wenn die CDU/CSU weiter ihre Politik betreibt.
Merz ist eine Schlaftablette – NRW muss handeln!
Dass der Mann, der die AfD “halbieren” wollte, sie inzwischen verdoppelt hat, indem er ihre Flüchtlingspolitik und Rhetorik übernimmt, in Sachen Flucht auch mal mit der AfD abstimmt, muss niemanden verwundern. Wie aber wäre es, wenn NRW mal eine Bundesratsinitiative zur Verschärfung des Versammlungsrechts oder des Strafrechts initiieren würde, um den neonazistischen Umtrieben Einhalt zu gebieten? Die Grünen stellen doch in NRW sogar den Justizminister und das könnte eine Aufgabe für ihn sein! Man sollte – soviel zur Regierungskunst – vorher mit anderen Bundesländern darüber sprechen – das erhöht die Chancen im Bundesrat und könnte sogar von Erfolg gekrönt sein. Schaumermal.
