Well apparently I'm following up on this on actual #FreeCADFriday this time, unlike last week's post. Last week's custom typecase tray was almost right!
- The cells weren't quite wide/tall enough; I had more of some characters than I realized because I'd never sorted them before...
- I had more other characters than I realized that I had to jumble together in a few cells each, so I really wanted more cells.
- The cells weren't quite deep enough either!
- The tool tray in the back was perfect, though!
The fact that I'd made this highly parametric came in handy. In fact, the only thing I hadn't made parametric I had to make parametric this time around!
It is even closer to square, and it's printing now. I didn't print the lid last time, so I am not wasting that material anyway.
