🎉 Part-DB 2.15 was released - It introduces stricter database validations for SQLite and a #OAuth Server capabilities, so that applications using #API and #MCP clients can quickly authenticate with your Part-DB instance without requiring users to generate API tokens manually.

LapBoard
This project turns a laptop keyboard into a USB keyboard for other devices. It is handy when setting up a Raspberry Pi if you cannot find a spare keyboard or are simply too lazy to get one.
Made by Hanndoddi during Fab Futures, which teaches 21st century vocational skills. It is a part of The Academany, the fab lab network's distributed hands-on educational program.

Little one found the parts we salvaged from old electronics yesterday at the #makerspace. This part is from an old equalizer. The chip says it's a "LM3915N" and after reading through the datasheet I was pretty sure we'd have everything we need on it's PCB to try it out. It can drive 10 LED and light em up in a row depending on a reference voltage. Kinda neat, huh?
Little one was delighted, of course.

We have a minimum 2 month membership period meaning your first and last month’s membership fees will be charged upon signup ($120 plus HST). Seit heute haben wir neben Lötkolben auch Ctrl + Z: einen Entlötkolben. Wenn ihr mal ein Loch zu viel zugelötet habt, eine Komponente falschherum drin steckt, dann jetzt auch mit der Möglichkeit das Lot wieder rauszusaugen und es erneut zu versuchen.

Die Stickmaschine kommt zwar mit ihrem eigenen Untertisch, aber nur mit einem Boden. Den Boden haben wir jetzt gegen zwei Schubladen für Garn und Werkzeug getauscht, darunter noch einen weiteren Boden für Vlies und Filz eingebaut. An den Seiten zusätzlich noch Halter für Einsatzkästen mit Garn-Müll, Nadeln, Klammern, Scheren, ... Und Halter für die Stickrahmen. Lediglich der Kappenrahmen hat jetzt noch keinen Platz, aber der findet sich noch.
