That Time #Onshape Stalked Me

I signed up with my personal email address and no other info. I used it for a few days.

Then one day AT WORK my phone rang. An Onshape salesdrone!

I asked how he got this number. He explicitly told me in so many words that he googled my email, found my resume and called my work number. On a personal account, remember.

I told him that was creepy, hung up, deleted my account (but apparently they kept my email addr) and never went back.

reading some posts about autolisp here on the fediverse. it brought back my autocad memories. some autolisp was learned around the same time some gw-basic was learned. it seems like autocad was used prior to gw-basic. totally changes the narrative on what was my first programming language. never thought about it till now. #Lisp #AutoCAD #Programming

#Cyberpunk Go Board project update: I was testing the Go stones I've made so far and realized I can use them to visualize the dead zone in the magnetic field. The dead zone is thicker the higher I go so the solution to minimize it is to adhere the coil to the bottom of the board instead of the bottom of the case
