BIM-технологии КЖС в действии: как это работает в ПИК?

Привет, Хабр! Меня зовут Александр Гокканен, я координатор по технологиям информационного моделирования в команде ПИК Digital. В этой статье я расскажу, как мы, используя BIM-технологии, изменили процесс проектирования и оформления комплектов КЖС (конструкций железобетонных сборных) в ПИК. Предпосылки До внедрения BIM-технологий все процессы подготовки комплектов чертежей выполнялись вручную в системе AutoCAD. На плечи проектировщиков ложились абсолютно все задачи: размещение конструкций на плане, отрисовка необходимых торцов у конструкций, отрисовка проёмов и узлов, внесение изменений, а также проверка перед выпуском габаритов. Например, в процессе маркировки панелей проектировщик своими руками прописывал длинную марку, включающую префикс, габариты панели, сведения о здании, корпусе и другое. Также подсчитывались и настраивались вручную спецификации. Кроме того, получая сведения от смежных разделов, проектировщики собственноручно переносили информацию из одного файла в другой. Время показало, что такой способ разработки комплекта ведёт к увеличению рутинной работы, а также может приводить к ошибкам из-за человеческого фактора. Всё это подтолкнуло нас к введению автоматизации в проектах.

Asi es aprender.
Descuida, acceptalo y sacate la ficha de que eso sea raro, malo o negativo.

Observalo y disfruta ver como tus neuronas generan nuevas conexiones y "se te prenden las luces".
Tu mente no se gasta, solo crece y se interconecat cada ves mas!

Preguntaba si al formatear el pendrive queda como nuevo o se pierde espacio de memoria.

Queda siempre como nuevo, no se gasta.

Ambas computadoras tienen wifi con #Windows.

Ta.
Instala en todos los windows y tu cellular #KDEconnect. Con eso intercambias archivos entre equipos de la misma red WIFI con dos clicks.

fue fácil conectar internet desde #Linux, aunque Mozilla no anda.

bien, tomate una semana con el #USB asi como esta para investigar el linux que tiene. para conocer, comprender y familiarisarte. Despues probamos la superficie #XFCE.

Había dejado de usar la #notebook con #win7 para el trabajo porque tiene 12 años y es lenta la placa de video. Pero tuve un problema con la licencia de #Autocad en la #PC de escritorio y ahora necesito usar ambas PC.

Desinstala de la notebook todos los programas, incluyendo antivirus, navegadores, email, todo todito y daja solo autocad.
Terminaras usando un pendrive por si acaso cuando viajas con tu laptop o visitas clientes para poder usar #internet con LINUX y punto.

Consegui un disco usado barato pero en buen estado para la compu para instalar en el linux. Asi tendras el disco de #win10 existente como esta en un disco y linux en el otro. Cuando arancas la compu te preguntara arancar LINUX o windows y ta. Borra las conatrasenias de wifi de las instalaciones windows, asi no pueden entrar mas en internet y estaras seguro ante ataques externos. De ahi en adelante el unico peligro sera a traves de archivos que tu envies desde KDEconect o ingresen desde USB o CD\DVD.

Mi temor es que deje de funcionar en ambas con esto del fin del soporte.

Despreocupate.
Lo que funciona funciona.
Mas aun si no tienen mas accesso a tu instalacion desde internet.
Lo de fin de soporte es respecto a virus y bugs. Sin internet el peligro es practicamente cero. Sin programas "comunes" como #Office y #Excel dificil que te lleguen archivos malignos o que dichos archivos tengan angulos de ataque.

Solamente tenes que asegurarte de que las "descargas de modelos 3D de muebles, etc." sean de fuentes fiables.

No estoy segura de invertir todo el tiempo que veo requiere hacer funcionar Linux.

Ya es molesto intercambiar archivos de una PC Windows a la otra para pasar de Autocad a 3D y viceversa

KDEconnect resuelve eso. La ventaja es que siempre tenes copias de seguridad en diferentes equipos. Eso vale muchismo.

para además agregar un tercer escritorio con Linux.

Simplemenet tenes que entender y acceptar de que:
LINUX = Internet
Windows = trabajo de escritorio e diseño

Cuanto vale manejo de dinero seguro?
Internet es manejo de dinero.
LINUX es internet seguro.

Cuanto vale tu privacidad y comunicacion privada y comercial?
LINUX es privacidad y comunicacion privada y segura.

Para empezar todo esto suena muy bien. Y muy bien tu descripcion, asi se puede colaborar!

El tema de velocidad puede tener varias razones:
* Velocidad\calidad del pendrive
En lo personal tengo aqui un que es #ScanDisk y todo de plastico, la primera ves que veo un #USB asi. No tiene como oxidarse, es demas.

* Integridad del entchufe USB \ si ahy varios, proba otro

En general seria preciso saber cuanto "apuro" tenes. Pregunto porque si estas con animo de aprender bien y una ves por todas, podemos dar algunas vueltas extras que en todo caso haran que afirmes y comprendas mejor lo que estas haciendo.

Ejemplo:
No se cual es la opinion de @soldan respecto a #linuxMint y #ubuntuStudio [2022.04lts]. En lo personal, mas alla de que soy muy puritano y en realidad soy hincha de debian puro con #LXQT o #XFCE porque son las opciones mas rapidas e simplicitas, decidi de ir por ubuntuStudio [2022.04lts] y estoy trabajando en "tutoriales" documentando mientras hago y descubro aqui. #Mint es #Debian y #ubuntu tambien, son simplemente variaciones. La ventaja de usar todos exactamente la misma version es de que uno ve lo mismo que el otro y sabe con mas facilidad que y como ayudar.

Si estas con animo de probar dicha version, podrias simplemente volver a instalar esa version, el enlace de descarga deberia estar aqui mas arriba, y asi de paso reafirmas el paso de crear un USB. Dicha repeticion te afirma lo aprendido y ya te queda bastante claro "para siempre".
Probando dicha otra version podemos ademas comparar si funciona mejor o peor en tus maquinas. Por cierto, seria bueno saber exactamente los modelos de compu #win10 y latptop #win7 que usas, incluso RAM y eso, queda como referencia y se puede buscar en la red si ay informacion sobre problemas con dicho hardware.

En si me parece por el momento que no es buena idea de poner #Linux en tu laptop fijo ya que #autoCad es fundamental para ti y no te conviene por el momento de complicarte con eso. Es muy posible que con un buen #pendrive veloz encontremos la version ideal de linux para que lo uses desde USB para internet y comunicacion y mantengas tu espacio de productividad de trabajo win7 bien protegido de amenazas desde el internet.

Trabajas en tu ambiente acostumbrado de produccion, reinicias al USB, usas Internet, mandas mail, tenes accesso a todos tus documentos de la instalacion de windows y dormis retranquila. De paso, cuando estas trabajando diseñando, no te distrae el internet, eso no mas vale oro.

Si queres probar una instalacion compartida, hacelo primero en la compu, no el laptop. Una opcion ideal es conseguirte un segundo disco duro. Puede ser chico, lo que implica que es barrato porque lo conseguis usado. Con un disco duro de 40 giga te supersobra y discos tan chicos siquiera lo conseguis me supongo por lo viejo que son.

No intentes de probar todo, y todo ya .. mejor proponete todos los dias una o dos horas conociendo y comprendiendo linux y lo que estamos haciendo ahora. Es muy probable por ejemplo que lo mejor para tu laptop es una instalacion debian #oldStable #nonFree LXQT o XFCE, mientras para la compu quizas un ubuntuStudio old stable que te permite incluso ir avanzando hacia produccion con alternativas para autocad o al menos edicion de Imagen e Video.

Para empezar el paso inicial mas importante ya lo hiciste, lograste crear el USB, te arranca y viste como es mas o menos.

Working on a little something. Wanted to do this for 2 years now. Using #bricscad coz nothing else felt right or worked (I'm on #linux). Last time I made something in 3D was over 24 years ago and we used #maya, #3dstudio and SolidWorks. Also had to use #autocad, so BricsCAD feels most familiar.

Just gotta say that running Windows OSes on a Mac in VMs .. rocks!

I have clients on Windows and Mac. Been using VMware Fusion for years to run multiple OSes at once and switch between them as needed.

The best part, though, is being able to run old software! I have a copy of #AutoCAD 2004 (from when I worked at #Autodesk 20+ years ago), that runs great in my Win7 VM. I'm also able to run #FrameMaker 12 (2014) .. pre-subscription.

В свой день рождения сижу весь вечер и ночь, рисую принципиальную схему, печатную плату. Хочу наконец довести проект до ума, это все для #bluetooth_twi колонок, еще жду когда прибудут платы заряда литиевых батарей с #dc_dc преобразователем. Еще нужно корпус продумать в #autocad чтобы все работало как отдельно по #bluetooth так и по интерфейсу #usb_type_c с телефона
