My dad made a cradle when kid 1 was born (09). One of 2 pieces of furniture I have from him. It's simple, nice but not really functional.
Kids are grown now, it's taking up much space.
What is the best way to honor the gift?
Contemplating measuring the parts, and gently disassembling it, and making small boxes for each of my kids out of the wood.
