In retrospect, turning off the TV an hour before bedtime should have been an obvious move, but somehow it wasn't.
During that last hour, I've been re-reading some old faves by #AnneMcCaffrey, #RobinMcKinley and #MercedesLackey.
My sleep (chronic insomniac since childhood) has improved fantastically in the last few weeks as a result!

Took 4 tries, but my amazing opthalmologist finally got the right contact lenses for me! They're not as good as my glasses, but fine for biking and other outdoor activities.
