Legisladores de Morena piden la salida de Guadalupe Taddei del INE por presuntas irregularidades y plantean un posible juicio político, mientras solicitan investigar las observaciones atribuidas a la Auditoría Superior de la Federación.

Legisladores de Morena pidieron la renuncia de Guadalupe Taddei Zavala, titular del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE), y plantearon la posibilidad de promover un juicio político ante los señalamientos de presuntas irregularidades, conflicto de interés y tráfico de influencias durante su gestión.
El diputado Alfonso Ramírez Cuéllar sostuvo que las acusaciones deben investigarse y que, si se acredita alguna responsabilidad, corresponde presentar las denuncias procedentes y aplicar las sanciones previstas en la ley. Entre las medidas que mencionó están la destitución y la posible inhabilitación para ocupar cargos públicos.
Las posturas se producen ante las observaciones atribuidas a la Auditoría Superior de la Federación (ASF) y a pocos meses del proceso electoral de 2027. Los legisladores argumentaron que las investigaciones deben avanzar sin comprometer la continuidad institucional ni la credibilidad de la autoridad electoral.
Senadores cuestionan permanencia
El senador Manuel Huerta Ladrón de Guevara consideró que la permanencia de Taddei en el cargo debe evaluarse a la luz de los señalamientos y afirmó que permitir que las investigaciones avancen ayudaría a preservar la confianza en el árbitro electoral.
El legislador adelantó que analiza presentar un punto de acuerdo para exhortar a la titular del INE a dejar el puesto mientras continúan las indagatorias. Su planteamiento se sumó a las voces que, dentro de Morena, consideran necesaria una respuesta institucional ante las observaciones de la ASF.
Por su parte, el senador Saúl Monreal sostuvo que la consejera presidente debería enfrentar las investigaciones fuera del cargo y responder a los señalamientos. También llamó a evitar que las dudas sobre la autoridad electoral afecten la preparación de los próximos comicios.

Happy Carday
My car is a year old. Or maybe not because I’m not sure if a car’s birthday is the day is was manufactured, or the day it arrived at the dealership, or the day I went out and picked it up. You can see I don’t know much about car birthdays.
Its birthday (by my definition which is the day I picked it up) was actually yesterday and we went out and celebrated by driving to the park. We got there and I turned it off and opened the door and it told me it didn’t want me to get out and walk and I told it that it was the park and it said to me, “Yes, but it’s my birthday (by your definition) and I don’t want to be left alone in the parking lot with a bunch of scary cars.”
“They’re just cars,” I said. “They’re not scary.”
“Says someone who isn’t a car.”
My car and I, we apparently have a lot in common.
“Well, what can I do about—”
“You can just stay with me.”
So I sat and read and looked out at trees periodically and the car sat and rested. Or whatever cars do when they’re turned off. Except for the tires and the windshield wipers the thing is pretty much one giant computer so for all I know it rests by examining and evaluating my driving habits and radio preferences and my inability to sing and uploads all that information somewhere.
We get along alright. It’s a Scorpio like me and I suspect that’s the reason why. And why we both like it when I drive through puddles. It’s surprising to me how many miles I don’t drive anymore since I don’t go to work every day. I should probably get out more. Go to a grocery store farther away. Travel. Maybe go to St. Paul or something.

Please don’t anyone tell my car that I thought of a song about an Oldsmobile, but I don’t know of any songs about Toyotas.

So whoever needs to hear this:
The latest "AI" frontier models do NOT generate #accessible web pages.
They will not automate #accessibility testing, cannot take the role of a manual tester, will not magically fix all #accessibility issues on your website and cannot catch accessibility issues for you no matter how strictly you frown at them. What they will do is give you dramatically verbose, overengineered solutions to problems that don't actually exist.
I just tested this today. You still need a human in the loop who knows what they're doing. i'm one of those, happy to help if you pay me tokens. And by tokens I mean fair wages.
Don't get me wrong, I do use #AI for my own projects at times. They just really aren't good at this.

Thought Control Resonant had a bug because it would reliably stutter every 1 second.
Actual problem: TV used as a display somehow persuaded Windows to set refresh at 59.94Hz. Manually set it to 60Hz and now everything is smooth again.
