So, in the #UK, Nigel #Farage is up to sketchy shenanigans, as is his modus operandi. He’s leaving his #MP seat…and for an American things get cloudy because I don’t understand the electoral system, my ideas of the institution rest in the pages of Trollope novels, and things have changed a bit since then.
But anyway, it looks like #CountBinface ( @CountBinface) may be able to take the seat, which is hysterical.
As Bob is my Witless, if Count wins in the byelection, I will run for President of the United States if I can get permission to run as a Monster Raving Lunatics Party member. (If no, then I may resurrect the Luddites.)

Private member's bills rarely if ever turn into law, but I am proud that my MP is bringing this forward. We need to take the stigma out of Mental Health and drug addictions treatment and this is one way to help.
"The bill, The Mental Health Parity Act, proposes that mental health, addictions, and substance use services into Canada’s universal, public health care system. It would introduce framework for the federal government to partner with provinces and territories to provide public coverage, and is modelled after the Canada Health Act. It will also include provisions to promote public accountability to reduce regional disparities in coverage.”
