Spotify decided that they want double the screen estate on my home screen, making sure to make the old 4x1 widget unusable. So now I removed it entirely.

Years ago I considered Spotify the one service I would pay for as it was very good value. These days the service just becomes worse and month by month. I've largely given up trying new music, because it became a chore filtering out AI garbage that required me actively filtering rather than just clicking over when I heard something I liked. Now they are breaking existing functionality further. It makes me sad to see a service I held in high regard fall so incredibly low.
