As long as I don't mess up tomorrow I exercised everyday this week! Two days on the stationary bike, one walk, a body weight exercise workout, and two band workouts (after I found them in the hall closet). My muscles are sore so I think tomorrow will be another morning walk. I think this mini heat wave is finally done. Tonight we'll get the windows opened back up.

Progress towards #March150 is slow. From the 9 days so far, 7 were spent with cardio and 5 #WOD in three variations.

From the 8 sessions:

- 3 #walks totaling 19.3 km
- 2 #rucks totaling 25.7 km (including a #12miler)
- 2 #runs totaling 7.3 km
- this sums up to 52.3 km #cardio

Yesterday I went for an 11km walk along the North Arm, Kalimna Jetty & Lookouts #walks and the Esplanade. These photos are some of the things I saw on that #walk including #birds (#swans & #spoonbills ), views of Gippsland Lakes and #aquatic life.
