Any UK / European mycologists on here? Found this growing in our Sussex UK garden. Think it might be the very uncommon:
CROWN-TIPPED / CANDELABRA fungus
Artomyces pyxidatusAlthough I accept it could just be Upright Coral (Ramaria Stricta), but I'm not convinced on it.
Have tried specialist app ID as well as general AI. No book here to consult. Any ideas?

I photographed these funky fungi next to my woodcutting area- the ground is covered with debris as this is the spot where I break branches to use as kindling.
I noticed someone (bit reptilian?) looking back at me from the right of the photo.. This is the Time of Spirits season, so maybe a face from the other side? ;) (rotated and sharpened final pic)

Can anyone tell me what kind of fungus this is? And yes it is a fungus and not a faded fiberglass pole or... Something else. It was soft and a bit slimy to the touch.
ETA: Emerging consensus that this is some type of stinkhorn, which are part of the family Phallaceae. Yes, an entire family of fungi with such phallic appearances that they named them all after it. Based on color and location, best guess is Mutinus ravenelii, which is the only stinkhorn variety with that color typically found in North America. But there are hundreds of members of the family, so who knows. Thanks everyone for helping!
