Short Walks. Many birds here that I saw along the Jozi Trail. Don't know name ... But. Lots of Bush Birds had moved to the Trees and Swimming Pools in Johannesburg in a particularly bad drought, what 30 years back. Saw more African Grey Hornbill in Jo'burg than here!!

Black stuff, called Mica I think. What I KNOW is that it is an indicator of the possibility of finding gold here. When I panned up in Barberton this leave a black "tail" in your pan if you are doing it correctly, the last dirt in the pan. Now and then in that black tail... GOLD!! Tiny piece uselessly. But. By God it send a shiver through your whole body when you see raw gold appear like that. Ja.
