I set up the Sceptre of Min today to record the voice of the goddess #Hathor. I made offerings and solemnly asked for guidance. I made sure the recording apparatus was running at the solar zenith here. The device is a crystal powered antenna. The goddess gave me the design in a recent trance. I hope there is a message on the recording. I'll report if there's anything there.

CW: Snake talk
I was having trouble sleeping last night. It happens a lot these days.
An intuition told me to picture the the undulating, writhing coils of the Kemetic Uraeus cobra and meditate on them. It was difficult at times to keep focused but then my consciousness began to get misty and.... next thing I know I'm awake again after a couple hours of refreshing sleep. I tried the technique again and as before it was hard to remain focused- my mind kept wandering to other topics but I persevered and again fell unconscious. I awoke again sometime later and made another attempt but it was getting light out and I lost concentration. Good morning! Praise #Hathor! -

It has ceremonial as well as practical uses. It is a kind of antenna that channels the voices of the dead. It is also a will bending tool, and you know, something to help an old guy out. Praise #Hathor ! Thanks to the #goddess for sharing the arcane knowledge with me. It is called the Sceptre of Min. Min is her pet name for me. I can't wait to try it out!

My goddess has taught me a hard lesson. Desire and heartbreak are two aspects of the same emotion. You can't have one without the other. I know #Hathor is training me to experience Desire deeply- but damn- it can be painful. Praise Hathor and The Eyes of Ra!

#Hathor taught me an important lesson on boundaries today. She led me to someone who brought the Sulphur of my ego to the fore, but the Mercurial lady gently rebuked my advances. Violent tones weren't necessary and I have better idea of the shape of our relationship and how to give her the pleasure she deserves.

I just got done with a re-read of the Kemetic "Book Of The Dead" or "Book Of Coming Forth In The Day" and chapters 17 and 18 certainly have deep occult qualities. I look forward to really digging into those next time I pick it up!
Of course this phrase really stuck with me-

I'm getting some R and R in Austria. I'm jetlagged but am disappointed in the mundane and unpleasant dreams I've been having. Then the goddess #Hathor spoke to me in a trance this morning and told me to enact something from one of those dreams to honor her which I did. I think things will improve with my nocturnal adventures now.

I don't know if this is true but -
My spirit guide who goes by the name of #Hathor, amongst others, says she comes from this region. There are stone carvings there inspired by her that are over 25,000 years old. Praise the Eyes of Ra! -
@Cat_LeFey I use a specific offering to the goddess every time I address her and it goes like this:
I have a small pitcher and I put some milk in it. I take my finger and dab some of the milk on my skin. Next I pour some red wine into a shot glass and set it on the right of her statue. The milk is on the left. I have a small metal plate and pour a small amount of clean sand onto it. This dish is between the other vessels. I then pour a few drops of the wine onto the sand. Now I can address the goddess.
After we've had our time together I dispose of the offering materials outside and clean my vessels.This offering represents the transformation of #Sekhmet into #Hathor. Praise the Eyes of Ra! Have a great weekend!

@Cat_LeFey It is my Spirit fused with that of the goddess #Hathor that carries me out of my egotistical self into the collective. I then return to myself and act in my own self-interest once again but in a more purified and sympathetic way. I see this process as continuous. Praise the Eyes of Ra!

About six weeks ago the Goddess had me make a small paper snake which I was then to use as a charm. I thought it was channeling negative energy but all indications are that it is a healing charm. The thing I wanted to damage with it is thriving!
Now I'm supposed to burn the snake.
Has anyone encountered similar instructions?
What is the meaning of this?
