@aral I might ask us to seriously reconsider.

Like we would stop someone punching someone else to death I suggest thinking differently with #fatcats.

If my analogy of #scales, and someone being #punched / #bombed to death is correct, we would have to stop them either way.

X I can't see a way around 2 things:

1/ stop paying the people who do bad & kill
2/ physically stopping those that damage / kill

Hunting your nearest corrupt person as "the equalizer" seems to be a more common TV theme.
