CW: Snake talk
I was having trouble sleeping last night. It happens a lot these days.
An intuition told me to picture the the undulating, writhing coils of the Kemetic Uraeus cobra and meditate on them. It was difficult at times to keep focused but then my consciousness began to get misty and.... next thing I know I'm awake again after a couple hours of refreshing sleep. I tried the technique again and as before it was hard to remain focused- my mind kept wandering to other topics but I persevered and again fell unconscious. I awoke again sometime later and made another attempt but it was getting light out and I lost concentration. Good morning! Praise #Hathor!
