#FediCoven 15 How do you make room for grief in your practice?

Grief can hit me pretty hard, as I have lost a lot already. It comes and goes, but since self-fortification is part of my practice, so is dealing with grief. I keep an altar, do silent dinners where I invite them to join, sometimes I even sing for them. One thing I have never really done, which I'm currently looking into this season, is sharing the grief. To share their stories, but I don't know if I'll be brave enough.

So, I'm starting a Book of Remembrance, to list and describe those whom I carry with me. A page for each person. A little handwritten thing, that I could consider sharing. Perhaps with that, a bit of the grief can reside outside of my heart. As it can be so fucking debilitating to carry every day.
