Can we close the loop in to make it an O-shape?

In the 1920s CoC era, Imperial Airways flew out of Croydon. Which amuses Vazh. One of the most common flights players take is to Paris (to get away from the English who cause 1d4 SAN)
The air ministry in 1926 foresaw the use of this Airport in period RPGs and helpfully printed a nice floor plan for GMs. It's sufficiently good quality for a figure battlemap, or a nice heist prop too.
Very forward thinking really.

Leeds General Infirmary, 1889 (with proposed extension), from the Building News 1889 - Sept 13th
Not a bad scan, because I assume Google was tied up in a basement. It has a lot of text so it doesn't upscale very well, but there's a good amount of detail for a game set around a hospital in a Gaslight Era game. Which could be quite good base for medical-orientated players.
That style of hospital is fairly universal. I have another floor, but it's very more of the same

What's a good floorplan tool for macOS?
Not something dumb like Sweet Home 3d or Live Home.Something that actually works and doesn't cost an arm and a leg...
EVerything I try either costs a fortune, has unintuitive shitty UI or doesn't work at all.
All I want is an easy way to make a floorplan with walls, windows and doors really. A good way to deal with the measurements of those. It shouldn't be an uphill battle to use, or even find, such software!
