Gib dem Entwickler ein "neues" Werkzeug" [#Cloud) in die Hand, welches interessante Möglichkeiten bietet. Er wird es dankbar annehmen und in der Produktion einsetzen. 🙈
Lenke ab von den weiteren Aufgaben wie #Wartung und #Pflege. Am besten funktioniert dies mit immer neuen Features und Komponenten.
Die Wortwahl soll die Bedeutung adressieren und auch die Entscheider positiv stimmen (Hypercaler)....
Wenn #Cloud in den Köpfen fest verankert ist, ist die Zeit reif für den nächsten Schritt - #KI, damit kann der Entwickler weitere Aufgaben erledigen, auch hier ist es wichtig, die Bedeutung auf die "neuen" Möglichkeiten zu lenken.
Die Wortwahl orientiert sich an #Automatisierung und #Optimierung. Nicht erwähnen darf man Risiko durch statistisches Verhalten und Abhängigkeit von fernen Dritten....
Wird die Marketing-Strategie an Obigem (diabolisches Handbuch) ausgerichtet, dann ist der Umsatz praktisch garantiert, denn ein Entwickler wird die "Karotte" des Neuen sofort haben wollen. 🤗
Auf Dauer wird damit eine Abhängigkeit erzeugt aus der der Entwickler kaum einfach ausbrechen kann. Er müsste ja zu seinem Vorgesetzten gehen und eingestehen, er habe sich geirrt. 🙁
Eine Chance gibt es jedoch, die #Kosten. Wenn sich herausstellt, die Kostenentwicklung ist nicht mehr tragbar, dann kann auch der Entwickler wieder mit seiner Expertise zu einer Senkung beitragen.
Mit einer #Vollkostenrechnung ist es belastbar darstellbar eine Strategieänderung schrittweise zu bewirken. ☺️
Hashtag#Outsourcing der Hashtag#IT dient dazu die Kosten zu senken und gleichzeitig die Hashtag#Sicherheit zu erhöhen.
Kein "Self-Service" mehr, dies hilft dem Entwickler seine Fähigkeiten besser einzubringen. Zusätzlich ist der Wissenstransfer durch eine persönliche Betreuung ein bedeutender Vorteil. 😁
Erfahrene Spezialisten oder ein guter #MSP sind die richtigen Ansprechpartner wenn es darum geht die Kosten zu senken, die Sicherheit zu erhöhen und gleichzeitig die "digitale Souveränität" zu verbessern. 👍
Der Artikel gibt jedoch wenig Anlass zu glauben, die #IT wird in naher Zukunft resilienter werden. Deshalb ist es wichtig selbst nach Lösungen zu suchen und nicht abzuwarten. 🙂

Call centre operator that won major Centrelink contract paid no corporate tax for two years
The Perth-headquartered company, Telco Services Australia, generated more than $185m in revenue in 2024-25 but reported no taxable income, new financial documents show.
The year before, it reported $130m in income and also paid zero tax.
The two-year reporting period coincides with the company’s multi-year $90m-plus contract to run call centre operations for Services Australia, the agency responsible for social security.
