The former head of EU border control agency Frontex, #FabriceLeggeri, will run for #LePen's #farright RN in June’s #EPelections.
Leggeri's far-right politics were well known, even during his reign at Frontex, but his resignation in 2022 only followed the opening of fraud investigations.
While #Leggeri led #Frontex (2015-22) it regularly carried out illegal push-backs of #asylumseekers.
