  12. Ich bin schon etwas hungrig. Da ich jetzt eh aus dem Bett muss um den selbst gemachten #Joghurt in den Kühlschrank zu stellen kann ich dann auch frühstücken.
    Ich habe mir gestern #OvernightOats angesetzt. Mit selbst gemischtem #Müsli und selbst gemachtem #Kefir. Und es ist eine ordentliche Portion #Erdbeeren drin.
    Ich freue mich drauf.
    Ist außerdem sehr gesund. Nicht nur wegen dem Kefir, sondern auch weil es viele #Ballaststoffe enthält.

  17. Jeg har den siste måneden laget hjemmelaget kefir. Utrolig lett prosess (enklere enn surdeig hvertfall) og veldig gøy. Har sannsynligvis aldri hatt bedre mageflora enn nå, ettersom jeg drikker ~500ml kefir om dagen nå.

    Det eneste problemet er at jeg begynner å få litt for mye kefirkorn, hvis noen i #Tromsø ønsker å prøve kan dere få kefirkorn av meg.

  23. I've bottled my first kombucha tea batch, and the result is delicious. Given the gross appearance of whatever Lovecraftian process took place in the jar, I honestly though it would be similar to a mix of urine and vinegar, but it's perfectly drinkable and enjoyable. Sweet but acidic, and slightly sparkly, the taste is unique and subtle, and it's not even flavored with fruit or juice yet. I think I like it better than water kefir.

    Next step: kombucha coffee.
