    Last week I made J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s Vietnamese Fish Braised in Fish Sauce Caramel recipe from The Wok.

    I was really looking forward to this one but was disappointed by a definite bitterness. But maybe that’s how it’s supposed to taste? 2 stars ★★☆☆☆
