  10. A while back I switched to unflavored vegan protein powder that I buy in bulk. The place was out so I got some whey, thinking it would be a nice little treat to take a break from the graineyness of the vegan powder. I was wrong. I can barely tolerate the sweetness of the artificial flavoring. I was almost gagging getting it down. I guess I've officially made that switch.

  13. Picked up some Ghost Nutter Butter flavored #whey #protein and it is the best tasting protein ever. It even has little chunks of cookies in it.

  14. Set a new batch of #yogurt to incubate overnight. The oven light creates sufficient warmth to keep my pot at a suitable temperature, no slow cooker needed. When it's ready in the morning, I will strain the living daylights out of it, making it super thick. Then all that #whey will serve as the liquid in various other dishes. Yogurt & Whey by Homa Dashtaki gave me the courage to experiment with adding it to soups.

  15. I usually have 1 #banana, 1/2 scoop #whey #protein + 1/2 scoop #vegan protein + 4 Brazil #nuts and a couple of other nuts for breakfast. Somehow this makes me nauseated and just doesn't seem to sit well with my stomach. Oh, and a few #supplements - #creatine, #vitamins C&D, vitamin B complex, #magnesium, fish oil. I also used to take #psyllium husk but it just makes the breakfast feel even heavier. Gotta see which of all these elements may be upsetting my stomach...
