  1. I made "overnight oats" with muesli, greek yogurt, water, chia seeds and stevia drops. It turned out pretty good. It was still a bit on the dry side, would probably use less yogurt and more water next time. It has lots of fiber and protein and some good fats and very little sugar. Recipes like this often suggest using milk of some kind for the liquid. That's fine, but find me a milk without a ton of (either naturally occurring or added) sugar, please.

  3. Ich bin schon etwas hungrig. Da ich jetzt eh aus dem Bett muss um den selbst gemachten #Joghurt in den Kühlschrank zu stellen kann ich dann auch frühstücken.
    Ich habe mir gestern #OvernightOats angesetzt. Mit selbst gemischtem #Müsli und selbst gemachtem #Kefir. Und es ist eine ordentliche Portion #Erdbeeren drin.
    Ich freue mich drauf.
    Ist außerdem sehr gesund. Nicht nur wegen dem Kefir, sondern auch weil es viele #Ballaststoffe enthält.

  4. People have this misconception that you either make warm oatmeal (oat porridge) or soak the oats overnight and eat them cold. I urge you think always soak your oats overnight and then warm it in the morning if you like it that way (I sure so). If you want to go above and beyond you add some enzymes to the soaking process: Add some malted(sprouted) grains or some Shio Koji or if you are a bit wild: Add some spit.

    ⇨ INGREDIENTS (serves 1)
    🌱 1/2 cup rolled/old-fashioned oats
    🌱 3/4 cup almond milk (or favourite plant-based milk)
    🌱 1 Tbsp chia seeds
    🌱 1 Tbsp maple syrup
    🌱 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
    🌱 1/2 ripe banana, mashed

    ⇨ INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Add rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and mashed banana to a mason jar (pint-size) or container of choice.
    2. Stir gently to combine.
    3. Cover with a lid. Refrigerate overnight.

    Easy peasy, YUM!😋

  6. To mój ulubiony sposób na rozpoczęcie dnia, gdy szykuję się do rowerowania wcześnie rano.
