    https://twitter.com/theonecid/status/2006033658902196347

    1. Abre la Galaxy Store.
    2. Ve a Menú > Actualizaciones.
    3. Busca Samsung Health e instala la versión 6.31.

  7. #FitIn2025 – August edition

August… When it started at the end of week 31, it had been exactly 7 weeks since my first surgery. And it had been about 4½ weeks since the dislocated hip and surgery that followed it. It had also been 4 weeks since the loss of my furry soulmate 🌈.

I had extra restrictions after the dislocation and second surgery. Which meant that I needed to use the crutches a bit longer. Around week 33 I started to walk without crutches in the house and one crutch when outside. In week 34 I had my check-up and I started becoming crutch free… 💪🏻 Slowly I also started to practice walking more again… 🚶🏼 Sometimes “abusing” a little but agile furry Weener, who turned out to have a busload of stamina hidden in that little body of his…

  11. Just tried my treadmill for a walk. We'll, it was more of a climb. Started with 5%, then did 6% for 8 minutes and even 7% for 8 minutes.
Walked slow, started with 4 km/h and slowly upped it to 4,5. Was focusing on getting a calm but steady heart rate. Which I got.
According to my watch I spend most in zone 3, then zone 2 and last in zone 1. Didn't aim for zone 4 (or even 5) so it went rather well.

  12. Usually, when I relax and ride, I burn around 340 calories an hour. When I put in some more effort, I get to 400 an hour.
This morning, I rode 76 minutes and I burned 618 calories. That's around 480 (!!!) calories an hour!

May explain why I'm tired now. And why I was drenched in sweat and my towel was soaked 😂

It was good though. A nice challenge!

  14. CW: Talking about weight, fat, BMI and all that.

My weight this morning was 91 kilo's. It was 91,6 on Sunday, so maybe the healthier (and less) eating is heling already? Let's hope I can keep this up.
I know my fat percentage is too high. As is my BMI, which is not in this picture but it's currently 31,1. My fat percentage is 37,8% according to my watch.

  15. Yes! Another hour on the crosstrainer. Starting at level 3, working up to 10.
1-55 minutes, slowly building up the levels
    55-60 a cooling down on level 1.

  16. Yes, I did it again!
It's still hard, every time around the 40 minutes time, when I ge to setting 8 and up, it gets harder.
Every time I think of switching back the intensity. But then I remember I did it yesterday. So I can do it even it if means putting more effort in.
And isn't that why I am at the gym??

    💪🏼 🏋🏼‍♂️ 💪🏼

  17. It's been a long time since I was able to do this: spend an hour on the crosstrainer.
The first 55 minutes I slowly upped the level of intensity from 1-10. The last 5 minutes were my cooling down on level one, using just my legs.

Einfach super. #SamsungHealth an sich ist auch toll. Aber bei weitem nicht so flexibel.

  19. I used to have (well, still do!) an app that would synchronise all of my health data between various apps, such that things like exercise from MapMyRun wouldn't be double-counted with steps from Samsung Health. I've switched to Strava for exercise and it doesn't synch with that, unfortunately.

Anyone know of an app that will synch Strava, MyFitnessPal (for nutrition/food), and Samsung Health? Google has failed me.

  20. How to get Polar H10 Chest Strap (or other external Bluetooth sensors) data into Samsung Health for Workouts

Due to my Samsung Galaxy Watch starting to become very erratic with accurate tracking of my heart rate during exercises (I get bonus rewards that depend on that data) I opted to buy a Polar H10 Chest Strap this last week.

But although the chest strap data ...continues

  21. Due to my Samsung Galaxy Watch starting to become very erratic with accurate tracking of my heart rate during exercises (I get bonus rewards that depend on that data) I opted to buy a Polar H10 Chest Strap this last week.

But although the chest strap data is super accurate, it was only registering with the Polar Beat app through to my medical insurance. I could not get it to show inside Samsung Health at all. There are quite a few videos and articles on how to connect an external Bluetooth sensor, such as a chest strap, to Samsung Health but that in no way does what you expect it to do (it does nothing).

The reason is, Samsung Health defaults to using only the Galaxy Watch for heart rate monitoring (HRM) if it is connected, even if the chest strap is registered in Samsung Health as an accessory. The app has no way at all to switch between the Watch and any external device (why not Samsung?).

So, there are actually TWO different ways of getting your chest strap data into Samsung Health. Just very important to note that the single Bluetooth channel between the phone and the chest strap, can only be managed by ONE app at a time, so you must choose to either use Samsung Health or the Polar app.

Samsung Health App with Polar H10 Chest Strap

    * Make sure the Polar app or other app is not using the chest strap.
    * Make sure you have added the chest strap as an external accessory inside Samsung Heath app -> three dots menu / Accessories / Scan for Accessories
    * Go to the Galaxy Wearable app and disconnect the Watch. No need to unpair the Bluetooth.
    * You must start an exercise from the Samsung Health app, and not from the Watch itself. If you start it from the Watch, it will record using the Watch HRM sensor.
    * In the Samsung Health app, tap on the exercise symbol you want to use to open the start exercise screen. The small green symbol at the top left indicates what HRM sensor is going to be used. If the one for the external device is shown (cross-link chain), you can go ahead and start your exercise by tapping on the start button.
    * Remember EACH time to disconnect the Watch before starting any exercise.

    Using Strava

You could either just use the Strava app as your primary exercise app (with the chest strap linked to that app directly), or like I’m doing, I’m using the Polar Beat app with the chest strap and the Polar app is configured to push the exercise data to Strava.

The important thing that must be done though, is inside the Samsung Health app, you need to connect it to the Strava service.
    * First ensure you do have the Strava app installed, and you have linked it / created your Strava account.
    * To link the Samsung Health app to Strava: Click on the three dot menu to go to Settings / Services / Toggle on Strava connection.

Now you can use either the Strava app or the Polar Beat app. Inside Samsung Health you should then see the exercise appear with the Strava tag on it. In my case it still showed the Watch exercise too, as I had recorded with both. But I deleted the Watch exercise and Samsung Health still counts in the Strava exercise in its stats and shows the HR graph etc if you open it.

With the Strava option it is better NOT to start any exercise on the Watch, nor inside the Samsung Health app, just so you don’t end up with duplicate workouts shown inside Samsung Health. You may also want to disable auto-recognition of exercises in the Galaxy Wearable app for the Watch as well.

  23. My heart rate zones this morning on the #Crosstrainer
It's hard work for me but I really like these zones to train in.
Some days I wish I had a home gym, besides my hike (and dusty rower 😂). I'd love a crosstrainer and treadmill at uom as well...
If only money and space were no issues. 😇
