Here are the expected features for the newest Galaxy Watch to be unveiled
The new Galaxy Watch will be unveiled in this summer’s Galaxy Unpacked July 2026 event, which will provide you with the newest health features. Besides the all-new Qualcomm Snapdragon Watch Elite, you will be able to have a snappy smartwatch, which elevates your health tracking experience to the new level while being AI native.
You will be able to experience the following features in this year’s Galaxy Watch:
- Vitals: This feature analyzes five important bio-signals, which are: heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, skin temperature, and blood oxygen. Those key factors mentioned above are then compared against a baseline that indicates true resting.
- Heart Health Score: This metric, which is updated daily, takes the Vascular Load score and combines it with the body composition data, and gives you a unified score as an output. This output is then used to identify the user’s habit of user’s long-term well-being, which gives you an overall heart health.
- Daily Cardio Load: This feature analyzes your accumulated cardiovascular strain by combining daily load and maximum training capacity and gives you recommendations of optimal training targets and rest times.
- Fitness Index: Ensures exercise routines are working by analyzing metrics, such as: heart rate, VO2 max, and daily steps against your peers. It comprises of body composition, strength, flexibility, endurance, and cardio. When those are taken into account, it delivers tailored content and personalized goals so that you can make continuous, targeted improvements.
- Hearing Health: Gives you personalized analytics by measuring the noise surrounding the Galaxy Watch. Those analytics give you recommendations to protect your ears, regardless of whether you’re in a loud, noisy place, such as festivals, or raising the music volume during the workout session.
- Upgraded capabilities: Antioxidant Index now gives you a clearer roadmap of a nutritional intake, with trend charts and daily history logs, and AGEs Index that now works in the background to capture automatic overnight measurements.
The upcoming Galaxy Watch series will soon allow you to utilize those features to get more personalized health insights, and the updated Galaxy Health update will give you those features on your phone.
After the Galaxy Unpacked July 2026 event finishes, you’ll be able to pre-order the newest Galaxy Watch, which will give you new features and enhanced performance.

The revamped Galaxy Health is here with new features!
A revamped Galaxy Health, which was announced earlier, is now available for Galaxy users. This update is promising, because it provides you with effortless daily health management by translating complex biometric data to simple, actionable guidance. Those new features, which came with this update, will transform your Galaxy Watch and turn it to an intelligent health partner with AI as the engine.
A new version of the APK is now available, as per Tarun Vats. You will be able to experience the new Galaxy Health version in the near future, which contains the following features:
In addition to the above features, Samsung Health has gone through a redesign that now organizes the layout into five core pillars: sleep, activity, nutrition, mindfulness, and vitals. You can also easily access daily wellness tips along with the Energy Score.
The upcoming Galaxy Watch series will soon allow you to utilize those features to get more personalized health insights, and the upcoming Galaxy Health update, which is expected to roll out from June 8th, will give you those features on your phone.

Smartwatche z serii Galaxy Watch przestają być jedynie pasywnymi rejestratorami naszej codziennej aktywności.
Samsung zapowiedział gruntowną przebudowę platformy Samsung Health, która zadebiutuje wraz z nadchodzącą generacją zegarków. Wykorzystując algorytmy sztucznej inteligencji, aplikacja przestanie zasypywać użytkownika surowymi danymi, a zacznie pełnić rolę proaktywnego, cyfrowego trenera.
Zamiast zmuszać użytkownika do samodzielnego interpretowania wykresów snu czy wahań tętna, system zintegruje te informacje, by dostarczyć gotowe rekomendacje dotyczące treningu i regeneracji.
Nowe wskaźniki zdrowotne i sportowe
Najważniejsze nowości, które trafią na pokład aplikacji Samsung Health i nowych zegarków Galaxy Watch, obejmują zaawansowane funkcje analityczne:
- Parametry życiowe (Vitals): zegarek przeanalizuje po przebudzeniu pięć kluczowych wskaźników z nocy (tętno, zmienność rytmu serca HRV, częstość oddechów, temperaturę skóry oraz natlenienie krwi), porównując je z historyczną normą użytkownika. Co istotne, system wyśle powiadomienie tylko wtedy, gdy wykryje znaczące anomalie, eliminując tzw. zmęczenie alertami.
- Codzienne obciążenie układu krążenia (Daily Cardio Load): narzędzie dla osób aktywnie trenujących. System mierzy skumulowane obciążenie organizmu podczas ćwiczeń aerobowych. Obliczając maksymalną wydajność, aplikacja samodzielnie zaleci optymalny czas odpoczynku, minimalizując ryzyko przetrenowania lub kontuzji.
- Wskaźnik sprawności fizycznej (Fitness Index): funkcja analizuje tętno, pułap tlenowy (VO2 max) oraz codzienną liczbę kroków, a następnie zestawia je z danymi grupy populacyjnej o podobnym profilu (wiek/płeć). Dzięki temu użytkownik otrzymuje jasną informację o swoich słabych i mocnych stronach wydolnościowych.
- Wynik Zdrowia Serca (Heart Health Score): rozbudowana wersja ubiegłorocznego pomiaru obciążenia naczyniowego. Nowy wskaźnik łączy jakość snu, poziom stresu, aktywność fizyczną oraz dane o składzie ciała, tworząc jeden ujednolicony wynik obrazujący długoterminowe nawyki wpływające na układ krążenia.
Nowy interfejs i pomiary w tle
Aby zapanować nad rosnącą ilością danych, Samsung przeprojektował interfejs aplikacji, dzieląc go na pięć czytelnych filarów: Sen, Aktywność, Odżywianie, Dobrostan i Parametry życiowe. Centralnym punktem ekranu głównego stał się obliczany przez AI wynik poziomu energii, ułatwiający szybką ocenę gotowości organizmu do wysiłku.
W tle pracować będą również zaktualizowane algorytmy śledzące specyficzne parametry. Udoskonalony Miernik AGEs (zaawansowanych produktów końcowych glikozylacji) automatycznie, podczas snu, oceni długoterminowe skutki nieoptymalnej diety i stylu życia.

Samsung szykuje większą baterię i mocniejsze podzespoły

Samsung kieruje nową linię bezpośrednio do fanów sportu.
Dwie serie i nawet 100 cali w salonie
Matryce Mini LED to obecnie najpoważniejsza alternatywa dla ekranów OLED – oferują potężną jasność (kluczową podczas oglądania dziennych rozgrywek w jasnych salonach) i świetny kontrast bez ryzyka wypalenia obrazu.
- M74H (od 43 do 85 cali): seria mająca przenieść kluczowe zalety podświetlenia Mini LED (dobrą czerń i wysoką jasność) do bardziej przystępnego segmentu cenowego.
Nad bezpieczeństwem całego systemu operacyjnego i wrażliwych danych użytkownika czuwa zintegrowana platforma sprzętowa Samsung KNOX.
Wbudowana Strefa Fitness oferuje treningi (cardio, siłowe, regeneracyjne) przygotowane we współpracy z globalną siecią F45 Training.

Samsung announces a revamped Galaxy Health with new features!
The official Samsung Newsroom has today announced that the company is planning to roll out a revamped Galaxy Health with amazing new features on the way to your phone, starting from June 8th.
This update is promising, because it provides you with effortless daily health management by translating complex biometric data to simple, actionable guidance. Those new features, which will be explained briefly below, will transform your Galaxy Watch and turn it to an intelligent health partner with AI as the engine. Those features will be available in this year’s upcoming Galaxy Watch series, which is expected to be unveiled on July 22nd.
Vitals
This feature analyzes five important bio-signals, which are:
- heart rate
- heart rate variability
- respiratory rate
- skin temperature
- blood oxygen
Those key factors mentioned above are then compared against a baseline that indicates true resting. Any meaningful deviations from those baselines will result in an alert, which tells users that they need rest. Additionally, it can also tell users that they’re fighting an illness without causing alert fatigue.
Heart Health Score
This metric, which is updated daily, takes the Vascular Load score and combines it with the body composition data, and gives you a unified score as an output. This output is then used to identify the user’s habit of user’s long-term well-being, which gives you an overall heart health.
Daily Cardio Load
This feature analyzes your accumulated cardiovascular strain by combining daily load and maximum training capacity and gives you recommendations of optimal training targets and rest times.
This way, you can ensure that you can reach your workout goals more efficiently without running into burnout or injury risks.
Fitness Index
Ensures exercise routines are working by analyzing metrics, such as:
- Heart rate
- VO2 max
- Daily steps against your peers
The fitness index comprises of five key elements:
- Body composition
- Strength
- Flexibility
- Endurance
- Cardio
When those are taken into account, it delivers tailored content and personalized goals so that you can make continuous, targeted improvements.
Other improvements
In addition to the four above features that will make it to the upcoming Galaxy Watch series, Samsung Health has gone through a redesign that now organizes the layout into five core pillars:
- Sleep
- Activity
- Nutrition
- Mindfulness
- Vitals
You can now easily access daily wellness tips along with the Energy Score.
Upgraded capabilities, such as the improved Antioxidant Index which now gives you a clearer roadmap of a nutritional intake, with trend charts and daily history logs, and AGEs Index that now works in the background to capture automatic overnight measurements.
Hearing Health also gives you personalized analytics by measuring the noise surrounding the Galaxy Watch. Those analytics give you recommendations to protect your ears, regardless of whether you’re in a loud, noisy place, such as festivals, or raising the music volume during the workout session.
The upcoming Galaxy Watch series will soon allow you to utilize those features to get more personalized health insights, and the upcoming Galaxy Health update, which is expected to roll out from June 8th, will give you those features on your phone.
