Der #Crosstrainer quietscht (mal wieder) erbärmlich auf einer Seite. Diesmal habe ich Tritt- und Griffteil komplett abgenommen und die beweglichen Teile mit Silikonspray versorgt (beim letzten mal mit Graphitspray). Viel geht nicht, das ist dünnflüssig.
Es war dann 10 Minuten ruhig und quietscht nun wieder, wenn auch in verminderter Lautstärke, aber das wird schon noch 😕
Vermutlich ist es auch vom Hersteller keine gute Idee, Metallzapfen in Kunststofflagern drehen zu lassen, auch wenn es gegenüber Kugellagern vielleicht 10 Euro spart.
Aber es widerstrebt mir wirklich, nur deswegen ein neues Gerät zu kaufen.

Also: falls jemand einen goldenen Tipp hat - her damit!

Alltså, jag tycker det är jätteroligt att stompa runt på crosstrainern och kolla på TV. Men den gnisslar! Det kanske inte går att få tyst på den, den kostade gratis och är av någon okänd modell jag inte hört talas om, men svetten är äkta och pulsen är hög oavsett vad det står på sidan av prylen så jag tänkte det kunde vara värt ett försök. #träna #crosstrainer

Mein #Crosstrainer ist nun bald zehn Jahre alt und einfach Schrott. War ohnehin kein besonders wertiges Gerät aber wurde echt viel genutzt.

Nun brauche ich einen neuen! Ich hab aber null Plan worauf man dabei achten muss und im Netz gibt es einfach keine Möglichkeiten mehr sich unabhängig zu informieren.

Habt ihr Tipps worauf ich achten soll?

Ich habe einen #Crosstrainer S-Crash Elliptical SEC2 zu #verschenken. Netzteil und Gebrauchsanleitung sind mit dabei.

Abzuholen bis heute Abend 18:00 in der #LincolnsiedlungDA . Am Sonntag würde ich ihn dann einfach an die Straße stellen.

Edit: er muss eventuell demontiert werden, was aber nicht super schwer ist. Steht auch in der Anleitung.

@FrauMaja Diese Konditionsgeschichte ist mir letztens ein wenig auf die Füße gefallen (pun intended). Nach über 15 Jahren, die ich durch #Rückenprobleme an #Fahrrad und #Crosstrainer gefesselt war, endlich mal wieder #joggen gewesen. In der Euphorie gleich mal 8 km. Konditionell null Problem. Aber der Ganzkörper-#Muskelkater, der am Tag danach kam, hielt dann echt eine ganze Woche an. 🙈

Some days I wish I had a home gym, besides my hike (and dusty rower 😂). I'd love a crosstrainer and treadmill at uom as well...

Yes! Another hour on the crosstrainer. Starting at level 3, working up to 10.
1-55 minutes, slowly building up the levels
55-60 a cooling down on level 1.

Yes, I did it again!
It's still hard, every time around the 40 minutes time, when I ge to setting 8 and up, it gets harder.
Every time I think of switching back the intensity. But then I remember I did it yesterday. So I can do it even it if means putting more effort in.
And isn't that why I am at the gym??

It's been a long time since I was able to do this: spend an hour on the crosstrainer.
The first 55 minutes I slowly upped the level of intensity from 1-10. The last 5 minutes were my cooling down on level one, using just my legs.
