Nessuno lo maltrattò fisicamente prima che fosse giustiziato per ordine del tribunale.

Allora Israele era orgoglioso delle condizioni di detenzione.
Oggi il governo si vanta del sadismo, degli abusi e delle torture. Lo fa perché conosce bene l'animo dei suoi cittadini. La maggior parte degli israeliani è vendicativa e approva gli abusi.

Ad eccezione di organizzazioni come Medici Senza Frontiere, B'Tselem e il Comitato contro la Tortura, quasi nessuno si è opposto a quanto stava accadendo. ⬇️7

Nel frattempo gli ebrei argentini capirono che la loro salvezza non sarebbe arrivata dal regime di Peron. Proprio come all'epoca dei #pogrom nella Russia zarista, dove la folla gridava “Uccidete gli ebrei e salvate la Russia”, un sentimento simile si era diffuso in Argentina. ⬇3
