Capitalism caused the loneliness epidemic. It's this modern work culture, technology (internet) making us less connected, us being separated as America was built for cars, not people.
No more scapegoats. We're blaming the system, not people. I explain it more down in my blog:

## Description:
In **Hitler and Stalin Today (MUN180H1-S)**, Timothy Snyder examines the Nazi and Soviet responses to the new globalized world they shared. The course begins with the colonial background that made totalitarianism possible, and which remains an essential element of our politics now. Their ideologies are described as worldviews and as practical politics, with an emphasis on the reasons for their appeal. Attention to their policies of mass killing, essential events of twentieth-century history, instructs us about how "it" can happen here. The study of dissident thought helps us to see connections between historical predicaments and our own, and instructs us about possible reactions as individuals and as citizens. The course asks what we have learned from the twentieth century and what lessons we should carry forward. -

New Lecture Series for the Public: "Hitler and Stalin Today" [Timothy Snyder]
Source:
https://snyder.substack.com/p/new-lecture-series-for-the-public- **Institution:** University of Toronto
- **Lecturer:** [Timothy Snyder](https://substack.com/@snyder)

- **Subject:** #authoritarianism #colonization #communism #democracy #fascism #genocide #history #holocaust #politics #soviet #worldhistory
- **Year:** 2026
- **Description:**
> The first lecture in a ten-lecture series on Hitler and Stalin today.
>
> The first lecture (video above) is titled “What is history?” We speak often about history, but we are careless with the past. When we choose not to know what has happened before, we are also choosing not to influence what will happen after. If we don’t care about history, we find ourselves in an eternal present, denied any sort of imagination about the future, and nurtured on lies about a past in which we were innocent. History does not mean these misleading tales; it means a search for knowledge, using a certain set of tools; it means a process that enriches and humanizes, one that allows us to name things by their proper names.

If Acts Happened Today, Would We Call It Communism?
For many, "communism" has become less a political philosophy and more a conversation stopper. But is every effort to use our shared resources to care for the poor, the sick, and the vulnerable really communism? This article examines the difference between political labels and biblical principles, comparing the teachings of the early Church with today's political rhetoric. -

Mutual Aid Requests Roundup – 17 June 2026
My people are on the streets again in Indonesia. Everywhere the state decides certain people's survival is not a priority, the same infrastructure gap opens. The only thing that fills it is people deciding to fill it for each other. The full list is at the link. Some requests are urgent, some are overdue, and all of them need movement. Show up however possible, financially or by amplifying so someone who can give financially finds the request. Both matter. -

Mutual Aid Requests Roundup 10/06/2026
Some weeks it feels like none of this matters. That feeling is rational; it is a system working exactly as intended. This week’s mutual aid roundup listed twelve requests and eleven Palestinian campaigns that need movement. Just like me, they need help. I’m unsure if I have any reasons or justifications other than I just felt like doing it, I just felt like listing them all. Maybe because they’re there, maybe because some weeks are harder than the rest, maybe because I can and don’t need any reason or justification to do something, or maybe because this is the only thing I can give them. We help not because we can, or because we want to, but because we must. If you can't or won't help me, then help them. Support them within your capacity in the way that matters—materially, socially, however you can. -
Mutual Aid Requests Roundup 03/06/2026
They found my profile, saw the survival request, and decided that settled it. The visible need was always the weapon. Below are people whose visible need I am asking you to meet, or carry further than my feed can reach. -
Mutual Aid Checkpoint Roundup 27/05/2026
I’ve listed mutual aid requests from this week’s checkpoint that need urgent support: rent, food, medicine, utilities, and everything else that enables people to live with dignity. Please read through, support directly, share requests that still need movement, or boost this post far and wide so they can move beyond one feed and reach people who can help. Again, this is a roundup of the first 10 requests shared under the previous Friday mutual aid checkpoint on my main profile, @wrzky Give directly if possible, boost each request and this post, and see you next week.https://wrzky.com/mutual-aid-roundup-urgent-requests-to-support/

But #communism must be #voluntary, freely desired, and accepted; for were it instead to be imposed, it would produce the most monstrous #tyranny which would result in a return to #bourgeois individualism.

To those confused about my posts about #anarchism and #socialism or #communism quick lesson on the three:
anarchism: the ideology of absence of hierarchy (no gods, no masters, if you will)
communism: the ideology of the classless, stateless society
socialism: the ideology of a state that provides for all, held up by allThey are the same, just differing in details. #redscare propaganda tries to divide them so that they dont form #leftunity which would be the end of #capitalism
-
To all my friends here who want #socialism, #communism, #leftunity, #anarchism
please remember that we are all comrades. we should not infight. It makes no sense to get angry at one another over details.
Additionally, please remember that you will know people that I dont and vice versa. Please introduce people you think will form a productive #leftist network.
We can do it. We just have to walk.
