When you consider that #AI is a tool for implementing eugenics & take a look at the speed that #siliconvalley and all the #techbros have made #datacenters their white house ballroom (an imperial construction built on the backs of the marginalized) it makes more sense.

In der Programmierung von KI, wurde vor dem ersten KI-Winter (also in den 50ern-70ern) ein Phänomen beobachtet:
Ein Schachprogramm fand sich in einer schwierigen Lage wieder, in 3 Zügen würde es seinen Springer verlieren. Das Programm hatte allerdings so wenig Rechenleistung zur Verfügung, dass es maximal 3 Züge in die Zukunft schauen konnte.
Die Beste Antwort für den verlorenen Springer lag auf der Hand. Einfach einen Bauern opfern! So würde der Verlust des Springers erst in 4 Zügen passieren, soweit konnte die KI aber nicht voraussehen.
Gesagt, getan, Bauern geopfert, und der Gegner akzeptierte den Bauern.
Nun befand sich das Schachprogramm in der selben Lage wie eben, nur eben mit einem Bauern weniger. In 3 Zügen würde es seinen Springer verlieren.
Die Lösung lag auf der Hand ...Dieses Verhalten von primitiven "Agenten" wird als "Horizon Effect" bezeichnet.
Anyway, heute las ich Folgendes im Newsletter der #DBMindBox, einem StartUpIncubator der DB.

Und vielleicht ist die Bilderkennung tatsächlich gut genug, um zu erkennen, dass eine Brücke in 3 Jahren einstürzen wird, und daher noch nicht dieses Jahr saniert werden muss.
Aber wie wäre es stattdessen, wenn Leute die sich mit Beton auskennen, dafür bezahlt werden, die Ärmel hoch zu krempeln und das eigentliche Problem zu lösen?Ich werde den Gedanken nicht los, dass wir als Gesellschaft uns eine neue Art von #KI #HorizontEffect antrainieren.
