The Almanac crawler user-agent is now blocked on Ten Forward.
For instance admins, if you are using the nginx/angie web server, this simple if statement will do the trick (put it in your domain's vhost block)

Just had to block a server called FSEBUGOUTZONE (https://fsebugoutzone.org/) ("Free speech extemists") after noticing a user who interacted with a post I made explained in his bio that he left twitter because Elon wouldn't let him use racial slurs.
Seems like that's the general vibe of that server, so in the blocklist it goes.
Everyone has the right to speak, but I also have the right not to listen.

These are created by several accounts hosted on mastodon.hongkongers.net which create posts with many generic hashtags which are published several times, resulting in those hashtags all appearing in trends.
This is considered abusive, weighing on the efforts of our moderation team to review, and diluting the trending hashtags in too big a list, which becomes irrelevant.
Therefore, our instance shall silence mastodon.hongkongers.net to avoid this hashtag abuse. Our users will still be able to interact by following their accounts.

Here's the full user-agent: "Mozilla/5.0 (archiv scraper)".
There's no info about ownership, site or e-mail, WYSIWYG. It uses VPNs with IP addresses from AS11878 (Tzulo).
So I think it's up to no good.
