Unfortunately, Ipfs.io sometimes returns "Too many #requests" instead of the #index.htm #file. I'm #sorry, the #bootloader could theoretically handle #this, but unfortunately I'll #never #fix #it. This is no longer #possible at the #original #IPFS address. That's why #RPlayer is primarily an #archive.

It should be noted that #RPlayer was created as a reaction to the state of the #world in which #physical #media are not in #trend. It wants to address music #ownership and product #immutability. #Decentralisation, however, has its drawbacks in this regard. For example, loading speed can be problematic at times, but this is in direct proportion to popularity. In reality, it is all about the archive, which always contains what it is supposed to contain if you own an #IPFS address.

For the #software to achieve optimal #speed on an #IPFS #network, it is #important to #edit only the rplayer.conf.js file. The more #resources that remain #original, the #faster the player will #load.

So it's not a #problem to #write an #application in a completely #different #way and using other #technologies that will use the #data from these #archives and #work much #better than #RPlayer itself, but the #multimedia #data will #always be #fine. 🙂

That is #absolutely #true. The rplayer.core.js #module (which can be run separately) even uses #jQuery, which is a weakness in this regard. But there's another level to this. #RPlayer serves primarily as an #archive. If I know the #IPFS #CID, I can easily deduce the address of the rplayer.conf.js file, which contains all the #information and #paths to the #media...

As far as the #IPFS community is concerned, I feel the same as you. I'll probably really be #one of the #first. #RPlayer is available for #free, but the #problem is that it's hard for a non-technical #person to make their own #player. You need to program some #tools, but I'll do it.
