    After all, what good is the rule of law if judges can't just arbitrarily change it?

  6. There is an open debate to be had about spaces reserved to natal women, trans women in women's sport, and more besides. But English Labour's decision to continue with the medicalisation of gender transition is regressive and inhumane.

    I hope that the Scottish and Welsh Labour parties continue to think for themselves.

    Solidarity with trans-women and men, and natal-women. This is about human rights and dignity.
