Every time I look at #bbc news the reporting gets more racist and transphobic.
Out of convictions at one mini-mart, they build a #racist story suggesting it's repeated across the nation, without evidence. At a time when there's violent racist riots, it's fucking disgusting.
Followed by #transphobic coverage of investigation of a GP service offering gender affirming care to adolescents, making out that's it's harmful. Also disgusting.
I know, it's been getting bad, but this is awful

#EnochBurke appears to be about to get what he wanted: disciplinary appeal concluded against him, without hearing his case.
Instead of presenting his case, the #transphobic extremist ex-teacher today chose his old game of shouting down the meeting until he was removed.
Since there was no appeal to assess, the appeal will be dismissed. Tthe #BurkeFamily will lie and lie and yell "unfair", but the legal battle will be over. Burke's salary will stop.

So I’ve been out sick for a couple of months following a mental health collapse from working for my institutionally #transphobic employer. Today I commenced a ‘phased return’ and made it three minutes into the workday before the first piece of dogshit #transphobia crossed my desk, accompanied by the inevitable crying jag. So, the entirety of my ‘phased return’ has been to write my resignation letter. I’m gone.

If you're in the UK please write to your local library & ask them to remove this #Transphobic book which encourages parents to invalidate gender exploring kids. Mention safeguarding children in your email.
I wrote to my local library and got a personalised response, to thank me for highlighting this, and they are taking action.

Jailed #transphobic teacher #EnochBurke has been told of resignations from a disciplinary appeal panel convened to hear his appeal against his 2003 dismissal from #WilsonsHospital School. As a result, the panel can no longer deal with Burke’s appeal, the letter stated.

If you think #Rowling's #aphobia is somehow random or will shock her #transphobic followers enough for them to give up on her, I assure you: it's not, and it won't. Transphobia and aphobia have gone hand-in-hand for a long time now, and ace exclusionism is often the first step down the #TERF pipeline (because if you can convince people to exclude one type of #queer person, it's easier to convince them to exclude another).
