Likewise, nuclear is an extremely toxic and very expensive distraction that is heavily subsidized by fossil fuels at every stage of its existence.
There's a reason why no matter how many NPPs we built in the past, our fossil addiction only deepened. A significant part of that terrible trend was a direct result of nuclear maintenance costs.

@Likewise Great advice ! I am down that road too: low carb chocoholic (now moving on to cocoa nibs) with 6 hours of feed window 5 days a week.
I am 58 years old and insulin resistant. The above nutritional changes plus 40 min of strenght/cardio training every other day, have given me a new lease on life.
My own two bits: walnuts, pecanas, macadamias and avocado provide a lot of healty fats and Omega3/6 balance. When taken at the end of the feeding window, they make the 18 hr fast a piece of... err meatpie 🙄 !
I also make my own cannabinoid extracts. Non psychotropic ones such as cannabinol CBN (main CB2 receptor agonist) and CBD from flower (no hemp) help regulate blood sugar, stabilize mood and protect my liver, spleen colon and pancreas.
Gladly surprised to find your testimony as health does not seem to be a priority for mastodon people...

Likewise, I'm interested in #Frendica - it looks like a potential good home for an online community in the Fediverse. But, how many people use and enjoy it?
I'm weighing the options for the future shift Round Table Writers will make to more fediverse-based platforms. Some of my current members are confused by Mastodon, or dislike the interface, and there's not a lot to be done about that right off the bat.
Whatever I introduce as RTWs main social media platform on the Fediverse should be something that's highly accessible.

But if you want to see something that goes super stylish, bordering into the psychedelic, you have to check out #Warpland (https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/358971/warpland). It definitely has a little of that MB influence going along, but it goes its own way to its great and abiding advantage. As I've said about it in other contexts, “You may not be high enough to play this game.” It remains a beautifully hyper-stylized piece of work that is nevertheless extremely accessible for play.
