@bjoern @Drachenstreichler already said it. They are just minimum time in flowering stage. Will vary depending on temperature, humidity, UV content, lights intensity, etc.

Dont go by the stigmas color either. Do get a 30-40X magnifier and look for a moment where there are no more transparent trichomes, but about a third are already going golden. Thats the best cutting time.

@mem mi padre era aficionado de las gaseosas dietéticas y murió de cáncer de riñon. Mi abuelo, que también era diabetico, siempre pedía que le "pasaran la suita" (SweetN Low / sacarina) y murió de cáncer de estómago. Yo soy prediabético y lo controlo así:

1. Usar ventana de alimentación para permitir al cuerpo entrar en modo limpieza. No comer todo el día ni a todas horas. Empezar con 3 comidas en 12 horas + 12 horas de "ayuno intermitente". La última comida diaria debe tener macadamia, aguacate, huevos/proteina y fibra de lenta digestión. Se sostiene 5 dias a la semana. Los 2 días restantes se come libremente. La semana siguiente se sube 1 hora el ayuno. Se repite hasta reducir la ventana de alimentación a 6 horas. Así evolucionamos los humanos, no metiendo la mano en la refri o bolsa de alimentos hiperprocesados.

2. Comer tanto fibra soluble como no soluble. La soluble incluye camote, aguacate, zanahoria (cruda), avena, cebada, linaza, nuez, pecana y macadamia. Frena la digestión, alivia diarrea, previene colon irritable, colitis y regula el azúcar en sangre.

Fibra no soluble como pan de grano entero (congelado se vuelve de digestión lenta VER ILUSTRACIÓN), ciruelas, moras, verduras de hoja con tallo grueso, yuca, tiquiste, ñampi, etc ayuda a ir al baño, nutre la microbiota y mejora la sensibilidad a la insulina, estado de ánimo, atención y energía.

3. Hacer ejercicio, pero no demasiado: entrenamiento funcional o de alto impacto a intervalos (HIIT). Día de por medio para dar tiempo a los músculos a recuperar. 40 min cada vez basta, hasta perder el aliento 6 veces. 10 min de ellos para calentar y estirar.

4. Tomar suplementos, sobre todo tras los 40. Yo uso Prosvelar (saw palmetto y semillas de calabaza), tribulus terrestris, multivitamínico y vitamina C con pétalos de rosa en cápsulas blandas de Millenium Natural Systems (mi estómago no aguanta tabletas), y mezcla 1:1 de cannabinoides parcialmente descarboxilados

Latest anticancer protocol calls for VERY GRADUAL dosage increase until reaching 5X the patient's weight in daily MG of COMBINED cannabinoids (not just THC). A 60 Kg patient should aim to consume and maintain 300 MG of daily cannabinoids. It should be in 3 daily doses of 100 MG in each meal to generate sufficient metabolic pressure. Start with 10-20 MG each night and gradually increase the dose/add the other doses over a couple of weeks to acclimate the body.

Prefer FECO (Full Extract Cannabis Oil) whose solvent has been slowly evaporated below 55°C or ROSIN oil (then partly decarbed in double boiler for 25 minutes at 90°C). Both contain up to 60% cannabinoids as well as some of the flower's original terpenes, which are lost in other forms of extraction. Not only are they more effective as anticancer agents, but their psychotropic effect is less severe.

I recommend a 1:1 balanced flower or a blend of two strains, one CBDA/CBD rich and other THCA/THC rich. If heated excessively or for too long, as per the original RSO recipe from 20 years, the acidic forms of THCA and CBDA are lost. Latest research has proven their anticancer, antiemetic, anxiolytic, antiinflammatory, and even neuroprotective effect through pathways different from THC/CBN.

RSO Rick Simpson Oil recipes overcook and leave nothing but THC and CBN (oxidized THC), requiring incapacitating megadoses of 2,000 MG/day. CBD-deficient "recreational" cannabis will lack modulation. Non #Stoner patients risk anxiety attacks/paranoia. Start low, increase slowly and use the right stuff.

Vaping doesn't generate enough metabolic pressure for anticancer effect. It will reduce nausea and pain quickly, but it's palliative. Smoking destroys half the medicine and generates nasty toxins.
