I got this month already enough to be able to pay bills and groceries. 2 Commissions I still have to do. If I could get more I could safe it for good things or if something get broken or to pay health insurance. Would be great if it now goes better for me and maybe lets start a time where I am not only survive.

Tuesday and Wednesday weren't fun with my first atrial fibrillation experience. Zero stars, would not recommend. I WOULD recommend the Samsung Watch... it identified what was going on. After 5 hours in the ER, I'm feeling better. I'll be wearing this heart monitor for 14 days, and I have more doctor appointments ahead, but I'm okay. Mid afternoon thoughts on #appreciation:

I once read a quote which said, “you should stop doing things when they are #expected rather than appreciated.” And, while I don’t think it applies to every situation 100%, I do think it’s a good guide.

The most common complaint I hear from people about their #work (whether that’s paid, volunteer or domestic) is that they don’t feel appreciated - by their bosses, colleagues or partners.

In most instances, a little appreciation goes a long way. A #ThankYou or an #acknowledgment don’t take the place of a #PayRise, a #bonus or #SharingTheWorkload but they do mean a better work environment for everyone.
