    @mattkay Likewise #Mothership (tuesdayknightgames.com/pages/m) which goes hyper-minimalist and thus is utterly readable and playable immediately.

    But if you want to see something that goes super stylish, bordering into the psychedelic, you have to check out #Warpland (drivethrurpg.com/en/product/35). It definitely has a little of that MB influence going along, but it goes its own way to its great and abiding advantage. As I've said about it in other contexts, “You may not be high enough to play this game.” It remains a beautifully hyper-stylized piece of work that is nevertheless extremely accessible for play.

    When I think of impactful art in #TTRPG, I think of #Warpland. The art pieces are unusual, most of the time not as beautiful as some from more traditional RPGs, at least in a traditional way. But they deliver a clear vibe that I can't ignore.

    For those like me who wants to know what change compared to the first edition:

    * edition printed in UK with a new cover,
    * new edit pass to remove errata,
    * new layout,
    * new content only if stretch goal are reached.

    I don't consider myself as an illustrator but I do like to draw just for the fun.

    Here is a character from the #Warpland #TTRPG that I bought in my last convention. He is a swift mutant warrior hunted by a sorcerer. He is forged by a life where the rest is always short. He learnt to improvise quickly and fight for his life. The Warp turned his extremities to avian looking hands and legs.
