I have made this blend before... I might have to make some (or a variation) for gifts this year! I think that I might use a substitute for almond oil (maybe cocoa butter?). I seem to remember it not being very solid...
Three Kings Blend
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon essential oil of frankincense
1/2 teaspoon essential oil of myrrh
1/4 teaspoon essential oil of sandalwood
1 tablespoons grated beeswax
1 tablespoons sweet almond oilMethod:
Melt beeswax in an enamel or glass pan over boiling water. Add sweet almond oil; combine. Be patient with this step; it’s important to blend them completely.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding the oils.

This is a #tradition from #argentina (so it comes from my wife): they say every family should leave the #children 's #shoes outside the door tonight, so when the #ThreeKings will pass, they will know how many presents to leave. It is used to leave as well some water and some grass for their camels.
This is the first year for us. And the shoes are indeed very tiny. It's such an emotion for me! -

Three years ago today I was in #Firenze on my final pre-pandemic trip. Since the #epiphany isn’t a big deal in the United States, I was shocked to see a solemn #medieval parade in one piazza and then firefighters dressed as witches throwing candy while repelling down medieval buildings in the next piazza.
