The Blue Angels until recently have visited the city of San Francisco on an annual basis during what is known as Fleet Week.
One of the highlights of the week was the precision flying team of the Navy Blue Angels. The Blue Angels put on a high speed aerial show that was second to none.

One of my favorite places in San Diego besides the beaches, and Old Town, is Balboa Park.
This image was captured early in the morning mid summer. I walked the streets and sidewalks around the different museums. I was so excited when I saw this beautiful arch with the repeating patterns almost as far as the eye can see.

Mt Whitney From Highway 395
Living in California kind of spoils a person to all of the beauty that surrounds them. Hwy 395 down the backside of the Sierra Nevada Range is one of those drives that everyone should take at least once in their lives.

Coors Field

I was out in Denver for a wedding when I captured this image of Coors Field. I love shooting architecture and I love baseball. Unfortunately the Rockies were out of town so I couldn't fit a game in while I was there.

I love these golden flowers that can be found all over California during the spring time.
These flowers go by several names including Golden Cup and Disc Of Gold.
In this image I was able to isolate a small cluster. The front flower has some detail from inside the flower and the one to the left shows how delicate the petals are.
