Working on #genomics of #lipoproteinA, a #cardiovascular risk factor that is regulated by a long, polymorphic #cnv and #SNPs hidden there. Using standard #molecularbiology, #ngs, #nanopore, #epidemiology and a bit of #bioinformatics.
