Recent work from University of Basel in Nature Communications looking into #Tcell #exhaustion, indicating a role for the SNX9 #gene. Knocking out this gene led to phenotypical and functional changes, e.g. Tmem differentiation, IFNg production, reduced #tumour growth, and improved survival in certain models.
